Friend # 1
City Property might as well be mine!
Either
a certain family in Warren has a friend at City Hall or these brothers
have world-class Hutzpa. While excavating the back yard of his
property with a back hoe, one of these brothers treated
City property just like his own. The road side at Minder became this
brother's personal dump site and the road side at Black Knob became
his personal storage site. Still, everything must
have been Kosher because two orange cones were placed on the pile of
dirt being stored on the City's property on Black Knob.
...
or at least one might have thought so until another of these brothers
started throwing stones at the photographer as he was leaving by
way of Minder Ave. Having missed the photographer with the rocks, this
brother then came after the photgrapher with his pick up truck.
Despite the photographer having steered his bicycle down little used
Navajo Trail, the pick up pursued right behind the photographer
until the shutter bug sharply turned his bicycle down the steep hill at Briggs.
Who'da thought that just getting 'stoned' could leave ya feelin' so run down?
